In individual therapy, I consider it an honor to walk with you as you explore your innermost drives and motivations. I believe that together we can create a therapeutic relationship that supports goal-setting. I see us as a team, and I am not successful until you are. As your couples therapist, I am dedicated to securing your relationship. From day one, I will discuss difficult issues safely and securely. I will also help create ground rules to contain destructive arguments and resolve conflicts. I plan to stick together with you two as you put an end to harmful communication patterns and return to a place of love.
